Thanks so much for all of the great work that all of you did at our event last Saturday. The catering was wonderful and everything went great! The coffee in the morning, the lunches in the afternoon, the bar for the reception, and the dinner in the evening all came together exactly as planned and everything was soooooo delicious!!!

All of your managers and workers did a fantastic job. They were all extremely nice, very helpful and very professional, and we all appreciate it so much!! Thanks so much for helping to make our event a great success!!!

Hi Sid:

The lunch that was served for the Center for Insurance Studies meeting yesterday was fantastic.

The choice and presentation was great. The salad was one the best I've ever tasted! That could have been a meal all on its own as far as I'm concerned.

But I have to say the entrée was an outstanding compliment. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the sauce under the rice and vegetables was delicious.

The dessert topped it off perfectly. It was not too sweet but yet sweet enough, and since it was topped with fruit, that made it more "healthier", so I had to eat. ;-)

You guys do a wonderful job preparing meals for campus events and please give my compliments to your staff who assisted. They were very attentive to our needs and did an excellent job.

From quickly providing vegetarian meals Monday that we forgot to order, to sending over an extra bag of charcoal when we ran low Tuesday, your prompt attention was greatly appreciated. I'd also like to compliment Roberto and the rest of your staff for their excellent customer service and positive attitudes throughout our ECS Week activities.

I wanted to tell you how much I appreciated your very caring attitude, for example, when you suggested hot soup instead of a chilled soup, and when you called me on my cell phone to suggest we hold the event inside rather than outside, due to inclement weather. You staff were all very courteous and attentive.

The event turned out very, very nice and the students and guests praised the food very much. So, my compliments to the new chef!

A great big THANK YOU to you and your staff. You really helped me to make our Titan Excellence Award presentation for Cathy Busby extra special. Your support and enthusiasm is very much appreciated. The white cake, with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and autumn colored flowers was very pretty and delicious. Hi Sid,

President Gordon was very pleased with the lunch today, he said it went over very well.

Me, personally, I thought lunch was great especially that "spread" that was on the bread" that accompanied the salad - Vennita and I thought that was delicious! The meals your catering staff prepares is always great.

Also, please give our thanks to your serving staff for an excellent job in setting and cleaning up. And I'd like to give my personal thanks to your serving staff, because not only are they attentive to Dr. Gordon, but they are attentive to the President's staff as well.
